Each BELTLEY crocodile bag is carefully handcrafted, typically taking 2–3 weeks to complete. Large bags often require 3–4 matching crocodile skins, which adds to the production time. Most of our crocodile bags are ready in stock, with 2–3 pieces available per style. If a bag is out of stock, it takes approximately 3 weeks to handcraft a new one, ensuring every detail meets BELTLEY’s meticulous standards.

I am sorry but we are unable to modify any orders for change of address or cancellation after they are placed due to our system. You can set your item up for a return or exchange once you receive it . We are not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrectly entered address by the customer.

Should there be no movement or update on the tracking status by a certain date, we recommend reaching out to the local post office for more information or contacting our customer service. In addition, if a considerable amount of time has passed and the order still hasn't arrived, we can file a missing package claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange for a replacement to be sent.

If you ordered the incorrect size or are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt on all new, unused merchandise as long as all tags/packaging are still attached. Most of our belts go up to size 46. This is because sizes larger than 46 require a special cut of hide. We can order that hide and make larger sizes which typically takes 10-14 days.

Some of our products are handmade at our workshop using old school tools, techniques and machinery. Some are made by machine.

We use two kinds of full grain leather - cow hide and alligatro skin. All belts and wallets are cow hide unless otherwise stated. BELTLEY is committed to being eco-friendly and as such only makes leather products from bi-products of the food industry. The leather is tanned by the process of vegetable tanning.

Full Grain leather is the strongest and most durable leather. It has slight imperfections that give it character and you can feel and see a grain to it. It also lasts longer and is resistant to wear and tear. PU leather is generally absent of any imperfections and has a smooth consistent look. It is common in bonded leather belts and which hardly last 3-6 months. If you're looking for leather goods that last, stay away from PU. Genuine leather is a marketing term. If a product contains at least 30% leather, it can be marketed as genuine leather. You never know what you will get with it. It may be full grain or it may be bonded leather. If you're looking for high quality leather that lasts, stick to full grain.

Some slight dye transfer can occur when new or if the belts get wet on some of our styles. This is rare and again the most common cause of this is if your belt gets excessively wet.

This will generally come out in washing the clothes. In some instances though if left unwashed for an extended period of time the dye may set. 

Yes! This is a very common, natural process that occurs with real full grain leather. With time and use, your leather will break in; the oils will cause the leather to slightly darken and “age” creating a beautiful finish that is entirely unique to your product. 

Leather is one of the most durable natural materials in the world. Therefore initial treatment isn’t necessary. However, we highly recommend avoiding exposure to moisture, as water is the enemy to leather and will cause the leather to break down and weaken over time. A little water won’t hurt, however throwing your wallet in the washing machine or consistently wearing your bracelet in the shower will diminish the life of your product.  

Unfortunately we do not offer monogramming services to products that aren’t our own.
