Please note: Fast shipping is not included in our free shipping service.
We recommend choosing our Economy Free Shipping option—it's reliable and surprisingly quick. You can check the estimated delivery times below.
Shipment processing time
All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 2-3 business days. (Some of our items are handmade,most of our products are processed within 48 hours )
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

To ensure your order is perfect, we take 2 business days to process and pack it for shipment. The shipping time you select at checkout will begin once your package leaves our facility.
We take great pride in our reliable shipping, with over 99% of orders arriving within the estimated timeframe. While we strive for perfection, occasional delays can occur due to external factors beyond our control. These may include severe weather events, customs processing, or carrier-related disruptions (such as postal service protests).

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking information generally updates within 2 business day.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
As a service to our customers, we offer a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method:

Economy Shipping: When this option is selected, BELTLEY will remit all required import duties and taxes on behalf of the customer.

All Other Shipping Methods (e.g., DHL, FedEx, USPS): These are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The customer, as the importer of record, is solely responsible for all fees required for customs clearance. Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being abandoned, with no refunds issued.
Damages
Your BELTLEY order is fully insured and protected by us. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will take care of it immediately.
Simply contact us directly, and we will promptly ship you a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please hold on to the original packaging and the damaged item.
Lost or Missing Packages
BELTLEY are not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Returns Policy
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing help@beltley.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
