Flat Rate Shipping
We are proud to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping on all order above $50. For orders less than $50, we offer flat rate shipping from our workshop of $4.98 to anywhere in Canada and the US and Europe . We are also proud to offer international shipping to over 200 countries! We offer a flat rate of $4.98 for international shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment processing time
All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 2-4 business days. (some of your items are handmade,most of your products are processed within 48 hours )
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking information generally updates within 2 business day. If your order was placed more than 4 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at help@beltley.com
Customs, Duties and Taxes
BELTLEY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
BELTLEY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
BELTLEY are not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Returns Policy
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing help@beltley.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
