Size Guide

Most Accurate methed: Measure a Belt You Own

  • Lay your current belt on a clean, flat surface.
  • Start the tape measure at the hole you use most and measure to the end of the belt (where it meets the buckle).  Do not include the BUCKLE.  Do not include the BUCKLE.    Do not include the BUCKLE.
  • Round to the nearest half inch. Example: if you measure 36″, order a size 36 belt. If you measure 37", order a size 38 Belt.  If you want 37“ Belt, leave us a note!
  • Your new belt will fit best on the middle hole, giving you room to size up or down

Size (inch) Length (cm)

28 inches

71 cm  = strap length to the middle hole, WITHOUT buckle

30 inches 76 cm  = strap length to the middle hole, WITHOUT buckle
32 inches 81 cm  = strap length to the middle hole, WITHOUT buckle
34 inches 86 cm  = strap length to the middle hole, WITHOUT buckle
36 inches 91 cm  = strap length to the middle hole, WITHOUT buckle
38 inches 97 cm  = strap length to the middle hole, WITHOUT buckle
40 inches 102 cm = strap length to the middle hole, WITHOUT buckle
42 inches 107 cm= strap length to the middle hole, WITHOUT buckle
44 inches 112 cm = strap length to the middle hole, WITHOUT buckle

Again:  WITHOUT buckle   Strap length to the middle hole

We recommend this method because belts stretch and wear over time, but your measurement stays accurate.

If you’re ordering a crocodile, alligator, or any belt with 5 holes, please provide an accurate belt size to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

We rarely encounter sizing issues with 7-hole belts, but please do not provide your pant size — it’s not the same as your belt size.

The Easiest: Pant Size + 2 Inches

  • Add 2 inches to your pant size. Example: 36″ waist pants = 38″ belt.
  • Best for pants worn at a traditional height (near the natural waistline).
  • Pant sizing varies by brand, fabric, and wear, so this method is less precise.
  • If unsure, contact us before ordering.  Email: help@beltley.com
  • We do not recommend this methed. Yeah, it is easy, but not that accurate.
